Abstract

Cocoa (Theobroma cacao L.) plantations �development in Indonesia have been made effort today almost in every areas, but not improved yield. An inhibitor factor is pest and disease invasion. Controling of cocoa pod rot disease caused by Phytophthora palmivora in common suggestion is used of sintetic fingicide, but it has hazard effect to environment, animals and human health, thus today, friendly controling tecnology by used of antagonistic microorganism is being developed. Common Antagonistic microorganism used were soil-inhabitant (rhizosphere).
