Abstract
High-order surface impedance boundary conditions are introduced in a 2-D variational formulation in terms of magnetic vector potential. The formulation is then discretized using the isogeometric analysis method, based on nonuniform rational B-splines, allowing an efficient computation of the curvature of the conductor surface. The formulation is validated through some test cases, already solved via the boundary element method.
