Abstract
Reversed-phase chromatographic comparisons of total cellular tRNAs with tRNAs isolated from a polysome enriched cell fraction establish significant enrichments for specific isoaccepting species of tRNA Ile, tRNA Leu, tRNA Lys, tRNA Met and possibly tRNA Ala. Similar comparisons of tRNA Asn, tRNA Asp, tRNA His, tRNA Phe, tRNA Ser and tRNA Tyr have been performed as well; however, no prominent differences were observed.
