ISO is an abbreviation for International Organization for Standardization
Teaching and learning (T&L) process implemented based on ISO guidelines will help to create a competent lecturer in educational institutions
This is because the role of the ISO itself is aimed at producing quality management procedures and indirectly it involves the responsibility of lecturers to undertake teaching and learning based on the procedure outlined by the organization or educational institution (Seman, 2005)
