Abstract

Abstract This article presents the use of humanistic principles in the context of a project to provide psychological services to prison inmates. It reviews the process of setting up the prison program, the theoretical underpinnings to the project, and some of its practical aspects. It also discusses the compatibility of these humanistic principles with Islamic theory.
