Islam and Communism: two Dreams, Hopes and two Destinies

Abstract

The similarity of Islam and communism consists in the fact that the basic thesis of their philosophy is the assumption of their indisputable priority on other ideologies as well as on any model of the society organisation what must lead a priori to the final triumph, to the creation of an ideal social model. The elements of religiosity, i.e. belief in the inevitable success present in the communist ideology. As to Islam who in accordance with its dogma is considered as modus vivendi it is oriented to searching the solution of profane - social, economic and political problems. Both Islam and communism are characterised by the rejection of other values. From the beginning communists strive their goals using rough even cruel methods, compared with actions of Islamic radicals and extremists.
