Abstract
Objective: Recently, it has been suggested that GnRH antagonists may adversely affect the endometrium in patients undergoing IVF treatment. Agamaya et al.2 suggested that the endometrial pattern may be altered in patients receiving ganirelix acetate, when compared to those receiving leuprolide acetate. We sought to examine endometrial thickness and the percentage of patients with triple line pattern in a group of good prognosis patients.
