Abstract

RATIONALE: Cow's milk allergy (CMA) is the most common food allergy in infants and most patients developing tolerance by age 3. From 89 Brazilian patients with IgE mediate CMA, 55% presented symptoms after 5 years. The aim of this study is to determine a clinical, laboratorial and IL10 genotype profile for persistent IgE-mediated CMA in Brazilian patients.
