I was asking a question and not making a statement. The survey that was prompted by our tumor board's experience was sent to people we did not know and addressed to the chairman of the tumor board at x, y , or z hospital. The questionnaire had a number of specific questions (the results being recorded in my letter) and a place for these chairmen to record their evaluations of the board.
