Abstract
First frozen embryo transfer (FET) in a freeze-only cycle strategy is the preferred option in high responders, such as women with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), undergoing assisted reproductive technologies (ART), since it enhances live birth rate, while reducing the chance of moderate/severe ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) compared with fresh transfer strategy (Bosdou et al. Hum Reprod 2019; 34:491-505).
