Abstract

Women with only one blastocyst have been largely excluded from studies on preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidy (PGT-A) due to cost and theoretical risk of embryo damage. Existing data on the benefit of PGT-A in this specific context are therefore sparse. Our objective was to use a large, national database to assess the association between PGT-A and live birth rate among women with only one embryo achieving blastocyst stage.
