Abstract
Issues of justice and paternalism have been raised to address gender inequities in access to clinical trials. Reproductive research poses unique challenges in this regard. Our goal was to examine the salient issues of partner consent and women's access to fertility clinical trials in the context of a clinical trial (NCT01044862) of the Reproductive Medicine Network funded by the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development.
