Abstract

Objective: Due to the high fertilization rates of intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), it has been proposed that men with failed vasectomy reversals who desire fertility go directly to this form of assisted reproduction. We compared the cost-effectiveness of assisted reproduction with testicular sperm extraction (TESE) and ICSI to microsurgical reconstruction in men following failed vasectomy reversal.
