Abstract

UpG CG), and assessments (BT, AT, 7dAT, 14dAT) as repeated measures for BESTest punctuation showed significant interaction between the factors (p= .03, ES = .90). Tukey pos-hoc test (TPHT) showed a significant increase in punctuations after training for MPG only (p= .01, ES = .80), which remained after the end of training. Conclusion(s):MP associated with physical gait training may improve the stability on the gait, minimizing the lack of the automatic motor control in balance and gait. Implications: The primary evidence that emerge from the results of this study is that MP may be considered a useful strategy to compensate the deficiency of the automatic control on the gait, improving the balance control during the gait.
