Abstract
The isospin mixing angle θ for p-shell Σ states in Σ 22C has been extracted from recent data on the 12C(K −, π ±) reactions. We find θ ≈ 6°, consistent with theoretical estimates of the symmetry potential for the Σ, indicating that isospin mixing is rather weak in Σ 12C.
