Abstract
The presence of a TL endometrial echo pattern and the mid-luteal phase has been associated with decreased fecundity in women trying to conceive in natural cycles or in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET) with fresh embryos or even following frozen ET. The objective of this study was to compare the frequency of a TL mid-luteal phase echo pattern as age advances and whether the presence of a TL pattern has a more negative effect on fertility as age advances in frozen ET cycles.
