Abstract

A mechanism of irradiation creep in non-fissionable metals, based on a combined dislocation movement and including both, glide and climb is discussed. It is shown that the absolute value of the creep rate and its functional dependence upon the stress and irradiating flux obtained within the mechanism are in agreement with experimental data.
