Abstract

Idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH) can cause disabling and permanent vision loss if it is not diagnosed and managed early.These findings are applicable only once the secondary causes of raised ICP are ruled out. Here we describe a patient of raised ICP secondary to severe iron deficiency anaemia causing vision loss.
