Perhaps we could start with the rants. The first one came out in early 2013. “It was supposed to be a one-off”, said Irl B. I wrote down a few examples from the last day of my clinic in 2012 so that people could see how difficult and miserable it is to live with diabetes in the USA.” His words resonated.
