Abstract

I suggest that a way to contrast how Iris Marion Young and Nancy Fraser put forward the global justice issue could be to look back to their debate in the nineties, and reconstruct the main points in it. It would possible to make a suggestion for thinking on social division of labor as a tool to conceive what or what would be the structure of justice in terms of global justice. This is the reason why the article does not emphasize the issue of gender equality or its difference, but it focuses on drawing continuity in Young and Fraser’s concerns for the structure of injustice.
