Abstract
Nucleic acid — lipid complexes are of biological and medical importance and are poor sudied up to now in the contrast to lipid-protein complexes. Langmuir-Blodgett technique permits one to fabricate the partly ordered molecular model of the complexes which structure can be studied by different methods includingIR-spectoscopy. The structural study of the model system will elucidate not only the physical basis of functions of DNA-membrane complex but also may be useful for design of sensor devices on various specific ligands for DNA.
