Abstract
The nasolabial flap is a pedicle flap that has been used in the reconstruction of intraoral defects since the late 19th century. It can be used to reconstruct relatively small intraoral defects that are not amenable to direct closure in cases where free flap reconstruction is not suitable because of a patient's comorbidities or because the defect is too small. 1 van Wijk M.P.
