Abstract

Air pollution is currently a serious issue that has a significant impact on health. Unfortunately, information about air pollution in the surrounding environment is limited, and the Air Quality Index (AQI) facilities are also inadequate. In this research, we developed an air pollution monitoring system in Sukabumi Regency using Raspberry Pi, Arduino Uno, and the Mamdani Fuzzy Logic method based on the Internet of Things (IoT) with a Telegram Bot. The Mamdani Fuzzy Logic was employed to make decisions regarding the levels of CO and CO2 gases in the air. Prototype testing results indicated that this system is capable of providing real-time air pollution information to users via a Telegram Bot with an accuracy of approximately 88.8%.
