Abstract

With the rapid development(RD) of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and IoT technology in the construction field, it has greatly promoted the digital development of the construction industry(CI) and improved the efficiency of resource utilization. Management is not broad enough, so this paper studies the building operation and maintenance management(OAMM) system based on BIM and IoT technology. This paper expounds the related concepts of OAMM, BIM and the Internet of Things(IoT), and studies the content of building OAMM. This paper uses software to test the system. The results show that when the number of users is 1200, the CPU occupancy rate and the memory occupancy rate are the same. The test experiment proves that the building OAMM based on BIM and IoT technology improves the efficiency of building OAMM. Finally, the simulation test of the system performance also shows that the system in this paper meets the needs of users.
