Abstract
This paper proposes an IoT-based water quality detection system tailored for sugar factories. Employing sensors and microcontrollers, it continuously monitors crucial parameters like pH, turbidity, and dissolved oxygen levels. Data is transmitted wirelessly to a central server for real-time analysis and alerts. This system enhances operational efficiency by enabling timely interventions to maintain water quality standards, ensuring optimal production processes.
