Abstract
According to NCACER, India’s middle class populations would be 267 million in 2016 and in that 65%people is used bike or motorcycle. According to report of 2016, India is the country that stands for highest number of motorized two wheeler vehicles. Government transformation ministry design regulation for vehicles operator, but many of them do not follow the rule and regulations as per one of safety rule helmet are recommended for motorcyclists to reduce the risks of head injuries, according to motor vehicle ACT, 1998, It has been mandatory for all two wheeler to wear ISI-marked headgear, if rider is not wear helmet or without helmet, as per the rule rider has to pay the fine or scrapping the license for three months. The helmet is the protective device for bikers without helmet the bikers may have to suffer from dangerous injuries, in congested area or very high speed of bike is the reason of accident (above data is collected from internet source). Inline to this we are going to design a smart system which will be one of the part of two wheeler which will control the ignition system of bike and allow to start if and only if biker will wear the helmet.
