Abstract
The primary objective of this research work is to identify the power loss in the distribution system. Grid loss is determined by a variety of factors, including current, voltage, and the distance over which energy must be transmitted. When compared to lower amounts of electricity or when transported over a shorter distance, transferring electricity across long passages might result in higher system losses. This project will use the IoT platform to automatically monitor the power parameters in the transmission and receiving sides of the power grid and notify any losses to the electricity board based on the gathered data using Google map integration.
