Based on various monitoring technologies, edge intelligence and industrial Internet of things, designed the health management platform for equipment life cycle. The system can well reflect the condition of the monitored equipment, realize predictive maintenance to reduce the inspection and maintenance cost, avoid abnormal shutdown, and provide safety guarantee for the continuous production. The system can also integrate on-site process measurement and control, enterprise management and other business processes, realize cost reduction and efficiency increase and enterprise resource optimization, and promote intelligent manufacturing.
