Abstract

Today’s academic management process, maintaining the attendance of staff plays a momentous play in handling the analysis and status observation. To implement smart class environment large number of sensors are needed and to be placed in different areas. The sensors needed are very high and for low cost a smart electronic machine built with group of sensors which collect real time information from different places. This will able to reduce the number of sensors [1]. This machine will circulate the information but also designed to record the staff’s classroom status and periodical alert with timer. This machine works under the principle of Arduino an electronic platform which is easy to use hardware and software. We hope implementing this machine in a classroom would take a classroom from a normal classroom to a smart and active classroom. From this paper, we hope our smart electronic machine will build a smart class environment using IOT.
