Abstract

The cross sections and corresponding rate coefficients averaged over a Maxwellian velocity distribution for direct ionization of Tiq+ and Niq+ with 1 ⩽ q ⩽ 10 and all stages of Crq+ ions were calculated using the Born-Oppenheimer approximation with orthogonalized wavefunctions. For each ion the ionization of electrons from two outer shells was taken into account. The numerical data are approximated in a wide range of electron energy and temperature by analytical formulas containing two fitting parameters. The tables of these parameters are given together with the error of analytical approximation. The results of calculations are compared with recommended data.
