Abstract
Summary form only given. As it has been shown in previous works, it is very important to take into account the influence of plasma surrounding during elementary process consideration. In present work the electron impact ionization cross section is considered. The electron impact ionization cross section is calculated with account of phase shifts within quantum mechanical method (Born approximation). The Calogero equation is numerically solved, based on pseudopotential model of interaction between partially ionized hydrogen plasma particles, which accounts plasma surrounding. The scattering phase shifts are obtained. Based on the obtained scattering phase shifts, the ionization cross section is calculated with help of quantum mechanical method in Born approximation. It is compared with suitable results of calculations and experimental data.
