Abstract
A series of 5-((3-Aryl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)methylene)-2-thioxothiazolidin-4-ones were synthesised by the Claisen-Schmidt condensation of 1,3-diphenyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carbaldehyde with 2-thioxothiazolidin-4-one using Ionic liquid under both conventional heating method and microwave irradiation method. All the synthesised derivatives were screened for their anticancer activity against three different human cell lines as cervix (SiHa), brest (MDA-MB-231) and pancreatic carcinoma (PANC-1) using the Sulforhodamine B assay method and studied their molecular docking analysis.
