Abstract

The oblique propagation of nonlinear periodic ion-acoustic waves in magnetized dusty plasma is investigated. The equations describing the dynamics of the wave potential in the first and second orders of the perturbation theory are derived, and their nonsecular periodic solutions are found. The average nonlinear ion flux caused by the propagation of a cnoidal wave is estimated. The magnitude and direction of the ion flux are analyzed as functions of the dust charge density and the angle between the wave propagation direction and the magnetic field.
