Abstract

The conducting and dielectric properties of Li + exchanged mixed Fe–Cr oxide pillared α-zirconium phosphate materials are determined from a.c. measurements. The Li + ion distribution shows a two-potential-well system associated with the two kind of pores. The long displacement of Li + across large pores is responsible for conducting properties, and the short hopping transition into small pores determines its dielectric behavior.
