Abstract
我們討論一個大劑量碘-131治療之後進行碘-131全身掃描的案例。在碘-131治療後的第五及第八天進行碘-131全身掃描。發現在病患右肩上有強烈的碘-131聚積，此為病患在睡覺時流口水汙染到頭髮，導致放射性汙染聚積在頭髮。因碘-131與頭髮成分中的酪氨酸及組氨酸鍵結，造成此放射性汙染並無法因清洗而被清除或減少。
