Abstract
1. 1. The quenching of tryptophan fluorescence by iodide in rabbit muscle phosphorylase kinase was investigated. 2. 2. It has been shown that the action of Mg 2+-ATP brought a change in the Stern-Volmer constant. 3. 3. The pH influence of tryptophan fluorescence have been demonstrated.
