Abstract

The use of sodium carboxymethylcellulose as possible binder for positive LiFePO4/C composite electrodes in Li-ion batteries has been investigated. The influence of two different drying procedures on the structure and on the electrochemical performance of the LiFePO4/C composite electrodes has been evaluated. The results of this investigation are presented in this manuscript.
