Abstract
Albert Gasparian knows that transforming an athletics department's culture requires an ongoing investment of time. In fact, at least two years passed before he witnessed significant changes in the culture of the athletics department at Golden West College in Huntington Beach, California, where he's served as dean/athletics director for 13 years now.
