Investment consequences of cadastral valuation of lands in the Russian Federation

Abstract

The article discusses the issues of the methodology of cadastral valuation, taking into account the alternative cost of land and investment benefits. The lack of completeness of the cadastral registration of land plots leads to an increase in the shortfall in revenues of regional budgets. Cadastral problems lead to large financial losses for the state.
