Abstract

Nano particles or Nano Composites are one of the novel modules in materials science owing to their physical and chemical properties. In this review study, characterization, properties of reinforced Zinc Oxide is studied along with its applications in various fields like medical sector, engineering sectors, material science, composite elements and especially in electronic appliances. Variety of synthesization is applied along the researches based on ZnO NP’s and we found that, using Sol gel method is most familiar one and the respective ZnO was reinforced with grapheme nano layers. Various morphological studies like were reviewed to find the exact constituents of composite, texture of the component and other related characterization. The Characteristic study of the composites was obtained that results indicate the appreciable performance of synthesized ZnO. Based on the literature investigation, the reinforced ZnO can be recommended to implement in various sectors like environmental, bio-medical, catalytic activities, electronic appliances etc.
