Abstract
ABSTRACT This article reports the microwave integrated detector and its processing circuit. The microwave-integrated detector is fabricated by the GaAs microwave circuit technology. The processing circuit consists of an amplifier, a filter, an analog-to-digital conversion (ADC), a micro control unit (MCU), and a liquid crystal display (LCD). The integrated detector can detect power, frequency, and phase signal of microwave. Besides, the processing circuit can process and display the collected signal. In the experiment, the microwave signal generator send a random signal to the microwave integrated detector. Then, the processing circuit can amplify and filter the signal from the detector. Finally, the LCD can display the random signal.
