Abstract
Objective To explore the stressor status of the nurses work in the cardiology department at night work.Methods 98 cardiology department nurses were investigated by questionnaires.Results The pressure sources at night shift work in the cardiology department nurses in descending order were:the responsibility of night nurse is more significant (100.00％); big workload (91.83％); the professional technical and experience is not enough ( 89.79％ ) ; the relation with the patient families is tension (81.63％ ) ; mind and body is exhausted and difficult to recovery ( 79.59％ ).Conclusions The management should adopt targeted decompression measures to improve the quality of nursing care and maintain the physical and mental health of nurses.
