Abstract

In current scenario the Internet of Things (IoT) plays a vital role in our day-to-day life. These devices perform faster and yields the result in short span of time, so they are implemented in all sort of applications. But they are yet to implement in the trolley of super market. During the peak time of super market, the customers need to wait for a longer period for billing process. This makes the customers to hate shopping. To overcome this issue a IoT based smart trolley is developed and its efficiency is analyzed. In a smart trolley most of the IoT devices are battery operated, one of the real time challenges is battery life time. Due to that reason the smart trolleys are yet to be developed for a real time application. So, in this work a detail analysis on power consumption by smart trolley is performed.
