Abstract
A reconfigurable THz graphene-based bowtie antenna is investigated in this paper. Firstly, graphene conductivity model is presented and its unique tunable property for reconfigurable antenna is studied in this paper. The resonance frequency and antenna gain at the frequency are simulated and turn to be tunable. The graphene-based antenna is seen as a vital component in future communication system.
