Abstract

Objective To understand the rehabilitation nursing knowledge of orthopedics nurses patella fracture to grasp the situation, to formulate training measures, provide information for improving the nursing level of nurses in department of orthopedics. Methods Questionnaire on the grass-roots hospital local area 60 nursing staff in department of orthopedics was designed, including fracture clinical rehabilitation nursing knowledge and analysis of basic knowledge and learnning the rehabilitation nursing of patella. Results The nurses in the department of orthopedics hospital patella fracture generally were short of rehabilitation nursing knowledge, basic knowledge of the average score of rehabilitation nursing(30.50±8.37); clinical rehabilitation nursing knowledge and the average score of patella fracture(48.39±7.35); score of college degree,6~ 10 years work experience and orthopedics work life were higher than those of the other degree and work experience of nurses(P 0.05). Conclusions To strengthen the basic level hospital nurses in the Department of orthopedics of patellar fracture rehabilitation nursing knowledge popularization, strengthen the education and training of nursing personnel, pay attention to team construction of the Department of orthopedics. Orthopedics nurses should take the initiative study the rehabilitation nursing knowledge fracture and continuously improve the level of rehabilitation nursing.
