Methods From August to September 2017, a total of 270 pregnant women of the obstetrics outpatient clinic in a ClassⅢ Grade A maternity and child healthcare hospital were selected by convenience sampling method, and investigated with a self-organised questionnaire. Results A total of 270 questionnaires were released, and 239 effective questionnaires were collected. 72.38% of the pregnant women investigated had the demands of family members' accompany during predelivery and childbirth, and 83.68% would like the help of Doula during predelivery and childbirth. The average score of pregnant women' knowledge and attitudes towards family members' accompany was (4.05±0.95) , while the average score for Doula's accompany was (4.13±0.79) . Conclusions Family members and Doula's accompany is highly demanded among pregnant women, and the score of knowledge and attitude of family members' accompany was lower than that of Doula delivery.
