Abstract

Perovskite oxides have attracted extensive attention due to their excellent photoelectric properties in recent years. In this paper, LaFeO3 (LFO) perovskite microsphere were synthesized by simple hydrothermal synthesis with iron nitrate and lanthanum nitrate as metal sources and citric acid as complexing agent. The microstructure and crystal structure of perovskite nanomaterials were characterized by SEM and XRD. The LaFeO3 perovskite type gas sensor was manufactured and its gas-sensitive characteristics were studied. The results show that LaFeO3 sensor has good gas-sensitive performance to ethanol whose response reaches about 15 at 250℃, and has excellent selectivity and recovery ability. In addition, in the concentration gradient test, the support vector machine in mathematical theory was used for training and recognition, and the result shows that the recognition rate could reach 100%.
