Abstract

In the 21st century, as the process of global development accelerates, many countries are facing problems and challenges such as resource scarcity and environmental pollution. Thus, the concept of green and sustainable development has become a major trend in the development of countries around the world. With high energy consumption, the construction industry must also adhere to the principle of green ecological sustainable development. In the emerging of the Internet of Things, green building is combined with current information technology such as big data and cloud computing to generate the new concept of smart green building, which gradually becomes the core development of the modern construction industry. This paper summarizes the critical factors of smart green building, applies a structural model with ISM interpretation, conducts the convergence analysis of key factors, and finally constructs a structural model of critical factors of smart green building. The results positively respond to China's sustainable development strategy and provide the reference for the construction of smart green buildings, thus promoting the long-term development of the smart green building industry.
