Abstract
The process of evaporation of Bi 2Te 3Sb 2Te 3 and Bi 2Te 3Bi 2Se 3 alloys was studied. Fractional analysis of vapors of these materials is presented. Ingots compositions necessary to obtain stoichiometric Bi 2Te 2.7Se 0.3 and Bi 0.5Sb 1.5Te 3 films are determined.
