Abstract

Time lapse (TL) technology allows integration of annotations into an algorithm for predicting embryo potential. As manual annotation is time consuming and potentially subjective, automatic annotation systems have been developed. While previous studies have evaluated the Eeva system, no evaluation of the Geri automatic annotation (A2) has been published to date. The objective of this study was to fill this knowledge gap by comparing the performance of A2 to manual annotation (MA).
